My phone has no service I just switched from telus to public mobile. It has been a day and a half with no service.

@essence   First try rebooting the phone. 

 

Also did you respond with a YES to the transfer text from the Telus account within 90 minutes of receiving?  If you missed the transfer, you can call the Telus porting # which I'll private message (check message box top right) and call them to resend the text and you'll need to keep the old SIM in your phone until that's done.
