Hello I need help my phone is not working after receiving a message to change with koodo what so ever can somebody tell me what's going on

Hey @Greygoust

 

I'm sorry you were having issues with your service! I was able to find your account using your email address (phone number ending on -4947) and I can see that your plan is active and everything is looking good on our end. Have you tried rebooting your phone and testing your services again? That might help! 

 

(Also, rest assured that the message you received is unrelated to your problem 😛 )

He's saying that after he got a text from koodo asking to change from PM to koodo his plan doesn't work. You should tag a mod for help cause this sounds like a problen on PM side @Shazia_K. You'll have to wait till morning though cause they're off atm.

Are you able to see your plan in Self Serve centre?

 

What did you do with koodoo?
