Log into My Account...look for View Payment History. You should see the latest info and when they applied latest payment.
As previous noted...if your phone is still working, payment must have been successsfully applied.

@Gaethano What does your payment history show in your self serve account. Was your CC charged? Is your phone working since the 25th August?
