My parents accounts were closed please help!

My parents subscribed to public mobile a month ago. They were plagued by technical issues on public mobile's end which lead to them not being able to login to their accounts nor to pay for the service. After 3 weeks of being leaft without working phones and a myriad of emails, they ask for their account numbers in ordsr to move to another company. It took a week and many emails to obtain them. On the same day they went to another carrier to transfer their numbers. Today, I was contacted by the new carrier, because their accounts have been closed on public mobile side before they could transfer them. I really don't get why public mobile closed their accounts before they could even transfer their phone numbers since my parents switched to another carrier on the same day. More over they explicitly stated that they wanted to transfer their old phone numbers at multiple times during the manifold emails that they have sent. Somebody from public mobile please fix this issue so that my parents can transfer their phone numbers. Their phone numbers are :

It sounds like accounts were suspended for non payment

Has not passed 90 days though (60 tops) so you can reactivate a 10 day plan then port out

The moderators have left for the day. You should have a response by noon tomorrow. Something definitely went wrong; accounts are normally only deleted after porting or 90 days after expiry. I suspect the accounts have been suspended and will be reactivated long enough for them to port out their numbers.

I'm sure they didn't address the right person. All PM moderators are always ready to help. Do as I instructed you and you'll see  everything will be fine.

I d like to reactive them, but that would imply that they could activate them in the first place. They are moving, because they can't login nor pay for their accounts and nobody was able to fix it for 3+ weeks.

It s been more than 3 weeks and they haven't fixed the original technical issue on their end so about the help asap.... And for real the phone number really isn't that private. Pick up a telephone book and you can find it. All I want is this fixed as soon as possible.

Remember that if your parents account aren't active, the system won't allow the porting out process. So, reactivating the accounts may give them the chance to port out their number easily without problem.
