My number is not in service

I just signed up yesterday, and my phone works, but when you call the number, it says " this number is not in service"

What can I do to rectify this?

Thank you for responding. I have implemented your suggestions, but I still receive the same message when you dial the number. If you stay on the line, it does connect after 2 sec.

hi @keithgreen 

make sure you removed  the old carrier sim card, or disable the old carrier esim

then reboot phone and Reset Network Settings.  

if same, ask PM support to help.

@keithgreen  If physical SIM card try it in another phone or reboot the device can also try resetting network settings too see if that helps , if all else fails get support to investigate
