My number got changed without any prior notice

Hello. 

I changed my service provider from Chatr to Public on the same number. It worked for a month, however after a month my number was changed without any prior notice.

For that month, were you getting incoming calls?

You can do this yourself in the account. Use the change number function. If indeed your Chatr is still active then put that sim in a phone and start the transfer process. Reply to the text.

I hope you didn't manually close the Chatr account.

Hi @Mahaamkhan97 it was because the porting was stuck and now expired.   You didn't reply YES to a Chatr message to approve porting.  Now the porting expired and you need to rearrange porting .  Make sure your Chatr account is still active
