My Email Address does not exist anymore

I tried to log in with the right email but it says my email address does not exist...

My phone still works and they keep charging me on my credit card but i can't login...  I created a new email account with the same email address and can login but can't link my new account with my existing phone number and plan details... help

Hi @Mike2023 you need to update email to a working one.   Only PM agent cam assist with email address change, please submit ticket with them at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
