My new credit card for my cell phone auto payment

My credit card expired, I want to give you my renewal credit card for payment

Yes just login to your public mobile account and go to your self serve account. Then you should see a tab which says “Payment”. If you click that you should see manage your card on the bottom of the page, click that. Once you get there you will see your credit card number and two options under it which state “remove the card” or “replace the card”, you should click on replace because if you press remove it will affect your Autopay.

You can do this in the self-serve under Payments. Look for a little link lower down called Manage my cards or something.

Don't use the apt# field. Use the same style of address as the payment card billing address. Don't use a space in the postal code or drop the last digit (6 characters).

Just login to your account click on make payment, then manage my credit cards, then replace this card. That way there will be no interruption for auto pay.

@Talisman368 you can update your credit card details in your self serve account. 

tap on "make a payment" and click on "manage my card"
