@Hardeep74 What plan did you have before changing?  If no data on your previous plan, its apn issue, or network setting issue.

You should make a new post. Anyway,

  • By "not work" do you mean your browser can't connect, or you're redirected to https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/zero-balance?
    • If it can't connect, check your APN settings (Here and here)
    • If it shows zero balance page, then check your account summary. If you did not use up your data, Ask a moderator (Can take up to 48 hrs, 1 message at a time).

I recently changes my plan. First I only had the Ontario wide plan. Now I got the canada wide plan with 4.5gb data and canada wide calling. However, on the new plan everything works (texting works, I can call other provinces in Canada). But my internet/data will not work. Can you please assist?

Si vous avez déjà consumé votre données, quand vous essayez d'accéder un page sur votre navigateur, le système vous redirecte au https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/zero-balance (ou le même page au français).

Si il n'est pas le cas, voir des causes suivantes...

  • La préférence APN est mal. Regardez ou pour se corriger.
  • Bad port. Est-ce un nouveau numero ou un numero d'un autre compagnie?

 

If you have used your data, when you try to access a page on your browser, you'll be redirected to the zero balance page, English or French.

If that's not the case...

  • Your APN settings are bad. See the 2 links above for the correct settings.
  • Bad port. New number or ported number?

What plan are you on? Do you have an active data plan?

 

Is there data left on your plan?  Do you see your data add-on in self serve show?

 

When did your data stop working? Did your data always work untill then?

 

Do all of your other features work? SMS? MMS? Phone calls?

 

Without knowing more details (actually, without knowing ANY details)... can't offer much but can tell you the most common problems are needing to set your APN / not having data left / restarting your phone / phone data restriction enabled
