Hi,
my cellular settings state: ‘set up cellular’ it looks like my phone forgot esim settings. When I scan the original email qr code, it says it cannot install and to contact my carrier. When I try to purchase a new Esim, the pay and install button is covered up. Can I get a new esim emailed to me?

@Trexuphigh , I suggest deleting app data and retry the e-SIM purchase. Sometimes cached app data can affect account access.

If you have android phone, Clear the cache of PM app and try to repurchase the eSIM again, as you had eSIM before m, the new eSIM should be free.

@Trexuphigh I would start by reboot phone and reset networks.
If that doesn't work then contact public mobile.
