My email isn't working

I previously got to the payment page but my credit card would get refused. I tried going on incognito mode as per the instructions but now I'm told that the self serve username i entered is not available. Is it because I created an account?

Try again later it would work. If you already created your account it should work. And on incognito mode it's yes better.
