I previously got to the payment page but my credit card would get refused. I tried going on incognito mode as per the instructions but now I'm told that the self serve username i entered is not available. Is it because I created an account?

I went to Walmart to activate my account today but my credit card was not verified. I called my credit card company and they said that on their end, they have accepted the verification. My card still does not work. I would like to have my new number ...
