Hi Public Mobile team,
My data isn't working - on my add on usage it says I have used 37769% of a 1GB add on (impossible, there must be an error) but I have other GB add ons that have 0% usage.
Please help!
(I couldn't manage to submit a support ticket - keep getting 404 error)

Seems like it's just a display issue. But you're saying your data isn't working?

Try again incognito/private mode
And or lap top /computer
OR
simply try refreshing the page to check data plan / mins / add ons
