Hi, for the past few days, my data plan is not working and I have no access to internet outside of wifi. Thanks for your help in resolving this

Are you able to use your calling and texting services working okay?
If you are showing the data line in your overview section in your self serve account (as @dust2dust and @BKNS27 ) posted, try below troubleshooting:

Where are you located ...perhaps there's an on-going outage issue in that area.

It shows I should still have data. Not sure why it’s not working

What plan are you on?
You might have used up all your data for this month.
You will need to login to your account (on you phone or a computer through wifi) and check under My Data & Add-ons. If it is not listed then you used it all up.
You can view your data under View My Usage.

Have you checked your account for data left? If you know your 4 digit account pin you can dial 611 to get the amount left if any. But also log into your account and check under my data & add-ons.
