My data is not working though i paid the amount

Hello Public Mobile Team,

                     I am using Public Mobile service.My plan includes for $40 

  • - 4.5GB at 3G Speed
  • - Unlimited Canada-wide Talk
  • - Unlimited International Text

 But data is not active though i am making mobile data on. It is still showing as "No Internet Connection" 

 

Can someone guide me for this?

It really depends on what phone you are using. The same thing happened to my wife's iphone, and we tried everthing suggested on internet. In the end, we had to update her iphone to the latest IOS and the problem was gone. Data automatically worked after the update.

If adjusting the  APN settings does not work, I would suggest do a network reset.  If you own a LG phone, you might also need to do a factory reset of phone.

@Ranibandaru, what phone are you using?  Generally, phones do auto populate the APN settings from a database of APNs stored in the phone OS.  Sometimes that doesn't work and you need to manually set it.  Take a look at this thread and follow the instructions for setting up the APN.
