I have switched it on and it still does not connect to any network so I would like to know how to fix this problem please I need my data.

Are you able to receive/make out going phone call?
If so, follow the setting apn instruction.

Hi @Sandermonkeyson. Is this a new activation on Public mobile? If so, are you sure that your phone is compatible with the PM network? You can check it by going to: https://willmyphonework.net/ and entering your phone information & carrier Public Mobile, and it should tell you if it's compatible.

If that's not your issue, please provide further details.
