I have switched it on and it still does not connect to any network so I would like to know how to fix this problem please I need my data.

Are you able to receive/make out going phone call?

If so, follow the setting apn instruction.

Hi @Sandermonkeyson.  Is this a new activation on Public mobile?  If so, are you sure that your phone is compatible with the PM network?  You can check it by going to: https://willmyphonework.net/ and entering your phone information & carrier Public Mobile, and it should tell you if it's compatible.

After that, you should check if the APN settings might need to be adjusted.  For information regarding APN settings, please see the following knowledge base article.https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Knowledge-Base/Setting-up-Data-APN-on-your-phone/ta-p...

If that's not your issue, please provide further details.
