Having trouble signing in

Hi there,

 

New to Public Mobile.  Successfully ported number from Telus.  Setup an online account but having trouble logging in.  The email address I used is not recognized.  Need to change billing information on pre-pay.  Can a moderator help?

You will need to send a private message to the @CS_Agent, giving them your phone number and 4 digit PIN, Account email address.
