My brother has an account at public mobile. When he logs in, it asks him for a 6 digit code. He enters it and then he gets a screen with a leaf on it. No buttons or anything else. If he refreshes, it just asks him to log in again.
Can this please be fixed? Thanks.
I've issued a ticket, but the fact that this has been happening for years and still happening, I'd like to request that the people at public mobile please fix their login system. I'm a programmer. I'll fix it for you for free if you can't get someone to do it. It's really not that hard. Why is this still happening?

That's ridiculous. Way too complicated for something that he'll just be unable to login anyhow. I think his service has been terminated because he couldn't update his payment method.
I think he's coming over this weekend. I'll set him up with a different provider. It's simpler and cheaper at this point.

Let's restart and help you to get another account to help your brother
1. Use browser with Incognito mode
2. use this link to access Eversafe login page

3 Click Sign Up at the bottom of the page
4 follow the step to signup. Please use a different email address
5. At the registration, you can ignore the My Account part, just pick the option to go to the Community and create a Community screen name
6. After all done and able to access Community, please use this to message PM for your help with the original account

I've said a million times the login system doesn't work. So it's impossible to create a new account. Just sends you to the same login system and it just sits there.

that is a case to loss. In your other post, we have told you the way to reach out to PM (create another community account and message PM), and you chose not to follow. So, it is a resolvable situation and you refuse to settle

I've filed a CCTS complaint because it's impossible to get any help here. My brother can't change payment methods and can't even cancel his account. The irony of forcing someone to login to make a ticket that they can't login.

I always use the app. It seems faster and easier to use.
Now you can only activate a new SIM/eSIM on the app. Not like the old days when you can do it on the website.

Cleared the cache. No change. If he can't use his laptop, he'll have to find another provider.

@AlienRenders another option would be to try a different browser. First time I signed up I couldn't proceed in creating an account on Safari but was able to on Firefox. Now Safari seems to be no trouble

It's on the website. Didn't even know there was an app. Clearing cache will wipe all saved passwords from his laptop so I can't do that. I'll see if I can manually clear it.

@AlienRenders is this happening on the website or from the PM app? Has he tried clearing cache or app data? If it's from his phone he could try uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it. I haven't had any issues logging in through app or website and we haven't seen too many of these on posts lately
