need account number to port from public to koodo, cant access my online public mobile account as it has an email that i do not have access to

While the account number is largely preferred by carriers for the purposes of number porting, it isn't actually required. Your device's IMEI can be used instead. Access to the e-mail address isn't usually needed to access your Public Mobile self serve account.

just login My Account, go to Profile page and there is the account number there, hover your mouse over to get the full account number
