I've been a Public Mobile customer for like 7 years or something now, and every once in a while I get offered bonus GB of data which I accept. I've rarely had to use it though because I hardly ever go over my regular plan's limits, so it's mostly just sat unused in my add-ons, waiting for a time when I might end up going over my plan's included data.
So I just got a notice today telling me that my plan's data is all used up and so my mobile data is getting cut off unless I purchase more, and when I logged in to my account just now I didn't see any of the bonus data in my add-ons. I don't think there's any chance that I used it up, I think it's just disappeared. I can't find anything in my account to check if it did get used up or not, it's just not there.

@karlthunderaxe When you use up your monthly data bucket . It will automatically start using your data add on bonuses, so if you have definitely used your monthly dates allotment . It would stand to reason after. Doing this you would use up you bonus data add ons … but you can confirm with support

I've still got 3 Christmas's worth, so can confirm they don't expire. My best guesses are it's either a cache issue or you actually did use them in the past and just didn't know it.

I definitely used up the regular data amount on my plan, it's the bonus data that I've been given over the years that I've never touched that seems to have disappeared. That used to show up in my add-ons, and now just isn't there anymore, but the international minutes still are.
