What do you mean it keeps getting declined? Is this happening every cycle?

 

If it is, I might recommend removing the payment card all together and maybe replacing it with another if that option is available to you.

 

If you're seeing this (below) and you have active service, you don't need to worry about anything, it's a normal renewal message ( which causes unnecessary stress to newer members):

Are you going through a renewal right now? Is the status Plan Expired? As long as your phone works everything is fine. This is the normal renewal process.
