Why can’t I log in on my app on apple phone but can log into my boyfriends account on his phone and we have 2 different accounts

did you try signing in using My Account using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser
And what error you got? you didn't get the 2FA code? Post us the screenshot of the error

@TinaHanley it's a cache issue
Please clear app cache for PM app (or uninstall and reinstall). Or you can try login My Account using browser with incognito mode
