I had added a US roaming bundle for 20$ but it doesnt work, I have added 400 international minutes but that doesn't work too. Its a loss of money for me

@tejavihari Are you in the US right now? If yes, the 400 International add-on will definetely not work because it's only valid when in Canada. As for the US roaming if you are currently in the US makes sure you have roaming turned on.

Purchasing add-ons is a two step process. Is the money you have paid sitting in your Available Funds? Take a look you may need to repurchase your addons. The international minute addon is only good for calls that are generated while in Canada and are limited to 18 countries.
