I had upgraded to a $40 pkg with the 5gigs in Oct and was charged for it on Oct 28 BUT my account still shows the old $35 pkg with only 3 and do I get the 12 for 12 month promotion which was the biggest reason for my change

@NamJake If you changed to $40/5GB plan, then you might be better off in the long run to schedule another plan change to PM's limited time offer for the $40/15GB plan. You'll lose the 12GB/12 month bonus data, but with this plan the 15GB will be available as long as you stay with this plan.

Clear your browser cache and then go incognito. In self service click on the spinner icon to refresh page.
There is also the limited time special of the 15 GB data plan for $40.

@NamJake Yep, it's caching problems with the self serve, so log into the account using incognito/private mode.
edit: your 12GB/12 bonus might be lost with a plan change, but did you schedule to the $40/5GB plan or $40/15GB current offer?
