It is not possible to have 2 accounts for 1 email address on PM…1 account/1 email.
As a reminder, we are all members like you helping each other with issues so remove all your personal information and number to avoid spamming.
Click on reverse V in circle and edit.

Login My Account using Incognito/Secret/Private mode and check the data usage, any left?
