I received a text saying that I had to update my credit card. I tried using my email address as a user name and the Password I have on record. That did not work. I changed the password. That did not work. I noticed that the email on record had changed to my husabands. Now I may have messed up his account. I ran out of chances.

HI @Carole75 let's wait till later today when My Account is back up 100%, then try to login again with the latest password
and both you and your husband on PM? remember PM is one email address for one line, so if you have more than one, you would be using more than one email to login

WHY people rush and start changing password right away?????
Site has issue so nobody can log in. Always first try different browser, incognito mode, refresh, etc.

There has reports of the website under maintenance so try again in and hour.
Just make note of the password change on your husband’s account or you can change it back later.

The Self-Serve My Account website is currently unavailable due to maintenance work. That’s why you can’t access the website even with the right email and password.
Changing your password at this time is not recommended since you still won’t be able to access the site to confirm that the password change was successful.
You will need to wait until the maintenance work is done to update the credit card info on your account.

@Carole75 You better msg the CS_agent to resolve the login problem. I hope it can be helpful.
