@Dilys are your services working properly? Then do nothing. Sometimes autopay fails. If your service isn't working properly, then you need to apply your payment for it to work again

@Dilys Occasionally the autopay doesn't work, so a manual top up is required.

@Dilys if your phone working properly and is it your 30 day payment renewal cycle date? Then do nothing the normal PM renewal process shows suspend , then expired, then the funds come out at 2am est and the plan resets for the next cycle.
On the other hand If your service isn't working and your account is suspended. Then to reactivate a suspended account, follow these steps:
1. Deposit funds if there is no automatic payment credit card. If there is, skip step 1. Just use step 2
2. Go to the payment tab, select single payment and amount due.
3. Select the reactivate account button. Thank you.

You can also use 611 to make your payment.:
1. press 1 to make payment
2. press 2 credit card
3. press 1 amount due.
Please restart your phone after afterwards.
If these fail, then use the one time payment option to add the full amount of your plan to the account and contact a moderator to apply payment for you. Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen. This connects to the autobot Simon. Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one (CLICK on account specific question and human and submit a ticket).

@Dilys Autopay fails sometimes. Add funds manually to cover your plan + $1 extra, and reactivate your service through Reactivation button.

@Dilys Are your phone services working? If they are then just ignore that message, it gets shown around renewal and should be gone a few hours.
If your phone is not working, then do you see the Re-activate button (top right of page)? Try clicking that to see if it will reactivate your account. If that doesn't work, try manually adding your payment by clicking on the Payment tab and making a one time payment. Then restart your phone.
