Hello how do I get my account number? I can't remember my password or the security question plz help

The only reason that you would need your Public Mobile account number would be to either port your number out to another carrier or to use it as a piece of identity to prove to the moderators that the account is yours. Is there something about your Public Mobile service that you're displease with?

You may have to reset your password through your email if you don't remember your security questions. I don't think you can get your account number without logging in unfortunately (btw, it's in the top right corner after clicking 'my account' once you do get logged in).

Create a moderator support ticket for help using the Chat button at the bottom right corner of this page. Tell SIMon what is the issue (important) - Use "forget password and answer to security question" to get SIMon to let your ticket.
You account number is on the top right of your overview page after login.

If you still have your welcome email your account number should be in the subject.
If you don't you will have to gain access to your account again and the account number is on top right side.
Contact moderators to get access back to your account.
