My account issue

I had account for years however, recently it asks me to active my account.  The app asks me to start with selecting a plan.  Since I have a plan and it is working.  Please help with the issue with My Account

no worries, this is just some how the current Eversafe system cannot find your My Account.  You can ask PM support agent to sort this out
