I've received a teaxt from Public Mobile saying I've used up my 50GB of data but when I check my usage on my account, there's no way I used that much data. I don't understand what's going on here?
I've just bought a new iPhone but that shouldn't have used up much data

If you didnt use mobile data to update all the app on the new phone or use data to migrate data, maybe you didn't use that much data
But check My Account again. To avoid browser or app cache problem, check using browser with incognito mode

The is an error/glitch about the data usage notice.
The account in the PM app or website will show your current usage. Please note that PM updates the data usage twice a day…around noon and around midnight.
