My account is deactivated, I am trying to do payment using payment voucher but It keeps giving me an error:

you can contact customer support here
type "cannot process payment"
(use the chat bubble options, click "voucher" then click "contact us" then click "submit a ticket, click me" option)

@64 you can also use the one time payment option in your self service account to add the voucher. Could you try it that way? Thanks. Stay safe.

@64 try calling 611 and entering the voucher number. If there are multiple 12 digit numbers try the various ones.
Where did you buy the voucher from?
