Hello,
I have logged in before and it worked just fine. Now when I try, it sends a confirmation text to the wrong phone number. The last 3 digits shown is completely off from my number.
Admin, may you please help? Please DM me.

You only have one account with PM? Try clicking Didn't Receive code or Resend code, and see if email is an option, if so, you can use email to receive the code. And after you logged in, go to Profile , Manage EverSafe ID and update the phone number
but if you still cannot login, then ask PM agent to help. Please submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

Type the question "Ticket", Then click the following in order: "Account Management" , "Log In".
