Dear customer service,
A few days ago I bought a public Simcard and I registered on the site. But when I signed again for Auto Payment, I received an error regarding my user and pass and my account was locked! Let me know what shall I do?
I was wondering if you could fix my account as soon as possible.

Since you will be contacting the moderators, I also strongly suggest that you ask them to change your username on your behalf.
