My account is locked out because i accidentally hit the back button when I was doing two way authentication. I tried it on another phone and got locked out completely. How can customer service reach me so i can change my credit card info to reactivate the phone as her phone is now not working so they cannot call her?

If you just try in a little while, you'll be able to login to your account just fine.

Wait a while and try again when it becomes unlocked. Clear your browser cache and go incognito.
