@sammymather  - are you currently in a nonpay/suspended status?

If so, for how long, as after 90 days in nonpay/suspended status you lose your account, phone number and access to self serve.

 

If this is not your case, then see other poster's suggestions.

How many times had you tried, @sammymather ?

 

Just curious.

 

I presume contacting an agent as recommended by @Yummy  , @JL9 , &  @dabr  resolved the concern.

@sammymather   You can contact customer support for a password reset by submitting a ticket via the chatbot here:

You may have triggered a permanent lock that can only be resolved via an agent.

 That can be frustrating - however not a big deal - try again making certain that your caps are not enabled because passwords are case sensitive. Good luck.

If you tried too many times (typo in password) your account will be temporary locked. Try in 1-2 hours. If still have a problem, try forgot password options. If everything fails create a ticket or contact agent directly. That is what I would do in your situation. No other 'smart' ideas.

Try again in 15 minutes when it will unlock. Clear your browser cache and use chrome in incognito.
