My credit card has been charged for months forvan account that is not mine. The avvount number on the charged is 855-4782542. This not my number and as such public mobile owes me for several months of wrong billing. This is urgent and needs to be resolved immediately.

There is no number to call to talk to anybody at Public Mobile and they will not call you. 100% of the customer support here is done online.

others see the same thing, it is a merchant name as mentioned:
that number in fact is 1-855-4PUBLIC 🙂

Do you see double the charges on your credit card? Do the charges on your credit card match the billing history on your account? You can view this in the payments section when you’re logged in.
If there are no double charges and it matches the payments section on your account and you’ve had service this whole time then I believe you were paying for your own account.

the 855 number is just PM general phone number, it does not mean you got charged to pay for that account. It is there just part of the vendor name/description on the credit card
So, no worries, check your Payment history in My Account, if it is correct, it is charged correctly
