I am currently in hospital and my identity verification contact method was originally set up with my landline home phone number. My account has been frozen due to unknown account payment problem but I can’t login to find why. Help please!

If you have access to email associated with your PM account, you can get 2FA email code. Click on Didn't receiv code link and then should give option for 2FA email code.

make sure your payment card is still valid. Then dial 611 with your cell to hear current plan status and you can also pay and resume service...you will need to know your Public Mobile pin number.
