do you have one of the old Provincial calling plan ? is your plan $15?

look like you have a $15 Provincial calling plan with 100 min.  PW should be provinical wide

if you have that, most plan now are National wide, ie free calling to anywhere in Canada.  Check your My Account Change Subscription page and see if you have any Canada calling plan you want to change to

Most likely you have very old $15 plan when PM did offer only province wide unlimited calls,\.

See if you can change it to $15 Canada Wide plan.
