I had signed up for a promotion $25 data plan 2GB+2GB plan
However, I was surprised to be constantly getting a notification of the data plan limit reached.
Upon checking my account it shows a 1GB plan

Yes I did and it seems to have changed than what it was before where it mentioned 2gb+2gb previuosly Now show 1Gb for $25?

It was a one time 1 day offer Been 2 years now since I'm on the plan

I'm assuming you mean 3GB in total instead of 4. If you never received it for the 6 or 12 months but you activated it when it was still available, you can get a CSA to manually add it for you

your plan for $25 has just 1GB + 2GB data free for 12 or 6 month.
maybe the promo you have is end then you will not see it anymore and you will just get 1GB data.

What kind of promo was that? I do not recall seeing such promo for PM service.
