Missing refer a friend reward.

I am new customer, missing rewards /friend also not getting their friend reward. Getting 404 error when trying to do it with chatbot. Thanks for looking into this.

Neither my friend or I have received any rewards for the referral and it's been several months. Unfortunately it seems to be a common problem and you'll probably have to chase it up with an agent.

New customer aren't getting the old Rewards program. New customers will be enrolled in Points program. Log in to you account / My Rewards to get the info.

tried use browser from computer, clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
