My phone was stolen with my SIM card in it. I succeeded in putting my subscription on hold. I have just bought a new phone and a new SIM card inactivated yet. How can I have this SIM card activated to recover my existing Phone number in it? Or what should I do to have my subscription continue in my new SIM with my existing number?

@Columike log into your account and sim swap the number on profile page and you will keep your same phone number and plan

Do not activate a new account with your new SIM card. Just change the SIM card number in your original account under profile. Once you change the number, then report your phone found.

@Columike - Buy a SIM card from amazon for $5 or $10 from Public Mobile online or from any Mobile Klinik or TELUS / Koodo store and contact CS_Agent to activate it to your current account or even blacklist your old phones IMEI number to avoid activations on the TELUS network anymore (Koodo, TELUS, Public Mobile).
