My PUK code

Hi I accidentally locked me out of calling and messaging by locking my PUK and have no idea how to get it back my if you need my phone number respond to this pls do this asap

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

Not a solution is still a problem I hit the wrong button

As said above it won’t let me unlock the SIM PIN option for my iphone

When ever i try to get a ticket it makes me input my community name and password and my password don’t work

I do have an iPhone but I cannot turn off my SIN PIN

To disable a SIM PIN, most devices require the customer to enter the PIN, which the customer wouldnt have.  Also, when a phone is asking for for the PUK< the needs to be entered first before the PIN would even be accepted.

@Matthew_young   you are talking about SIM puk code and not device's screen unlock PIN, right?

 

for sim unlock PUK, you will need to submit ticket with CS agent and they can help

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
