I have ordered phone and SIM card online a week ago but I haven't get any shipping information yet. My Order number is 3396** .

@Casmile92 , no I’m sorry they don’t have phone support number to call. It’s all done online by creating support tickets & they respond back to your community mailbox at the top of the page ✉️@softech posted links for you to contact them. 2 options. I think youd find it easier to use option 2. I will post it again for you. Please include your full name, shipping address that your order is being sent to & your order # in your private message to them. Once you try it you will get used to it. Please let us know how it goes. I completely understand how you feel! I was once new here to. You’re not alone. 🤗

You can send a private message to Customer Support Agents by clicking
here. You’ll need to be logged in to your Community account for the link to work.

 

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

The SIM card is usually sent at the same time as the phone.  There is a tracking number.

@Casmile92 yes, this is the forum side but you can use Chatbot or message ability to send PM support the ticket.

 

Check my post above and I offered you both ways to open ticket.

SIM is send by Canada Post with no tracking info. Usual delivery time is 5-10 business days (some experienced way longer 😞 ) so please wait a bit.

Like you I never received the shipping information for my phone & SIM card order but I received my order receipt for proof of purchase. I used my UPS app to track my Public Mobile order using my shipping address which in turn gave me the tracking # with it so I would know when it would be delivered! I was lucky, I received my phone & SIM card within 3 days of placing my order! Public Mobile didn’t even have my tracking # yet when I received my order! Where it’s been 1 week since you placed your order they should have your tracking # for your order. Please submit a support ticket to a CSA as per @softech instructions!

@Casmile92   for your own protection, you might want to remove your phone number for your protection

 

For CPO status update, please open ticket with PM support and provide them the order #

 

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (requires access to My Account): click this  Chatbot Ticket Link 

Then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" to open the ticket submission page
Next, enter your Community login, then enter your question.  Finally use My Account login or 4 digits PIN to validate.

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
