Do you still see that you have data plan or look at the data usage?
Maybe you have used all of your data.

Include is the apn setting for public mobile, update your apn setting to the above.

Under settings, backup & resets, there's a network reset. Give the network reset a try.

Yes and make sure you back up your LG phone first using the LG backup app, which is quite good.

Do a settings reset on your device (this shouldn’t clear your personal info). This should clear anything out and PM should send a new carrier update to your device. This will get a fresh connection and info to your device. Also really stupid, but reboot your phone. Sometimes that helps a lot.

Some LG phones have a strange quirk that causes data not to work until after you do a factory reset. Much of the time, when people tell you to do a factory reset, they're just giving you a generic answer that tells you to do something that isn't necessary, but in the case of LG phones, the factory reset is sometimes required.
