Go to Setting. Under Network and Internet > Mobile Network > Click on Advance Setting > Make sure it is set to Automatically Select Network is enabled.
I am still waiting for them to port my number from koodo as well. Maybe they need to hire more moderators or give us more access to fix our own problem.
