My account is set to automatically renew with my debit MasterCard.

@Paigefrizzi   If you're still waiting for moderators to respond and reset the data, you can try topping up your account with $1 and restarting the phone.  This may reset your account and restore the missing data.

@Paigefrizzi try making manual payments ahead of time. auto pay has issues when processing the payment. your account may have lost service for a sec. then when it tried to restore your services it glitched out, not resetting the data

Do you see any data listed under your "My Data & Add-Ons" section?

Are you looking at the data tracker on your particular phone device or your SELF SERVE (above)?

Can you log into self service and see if your data is listed on the overview page? 

 

If it is not contact the moderators.
