I have logged into my account but, I have not received an email to verify myself...now I am locked out of my account.

Any help would be appreciated.

Try using a different browser but clear cache and go incognito first before trying to login.

If that didn’t work, just wait for a reply from a CS_Agent tomorrow.

Hi, I'm waiting for the email..it never arrived (checked the spam folder). While waiting for the email, the verification has said too many attempts. I have not received an error code either.

You can receive a 2FA code by text only if your account is Active. If your account is suspended…your only option is by email.

is getting it via SMS an option?

 

if not, and you unable to login, then you will have to open ticket with PM support for help
