Password changed successfully in MY Profile, but can't log in

Hi @Melvs   if what suggested above all fail, maybe submit a ticket with Cs agent and they can help

First type Forgot Login,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

@Melvs If you still can't login, try changing your password again. This time click on the 👁️ icon to make sure you typed your password correctly. Also, try to add a new password that you have't used on PM before. Sometimes the system doesn't let you use the same password for security reasons.

Try again using Incognito mode or try on another browser

 

Also, if you have any dark theme extension on the browser, disable it

and if you are using saved password , please try to not use it for now, just manually type in the new password
