Why is it when I want to log into my account the Public Mobile takes me to my Wife Teresa's account?

it could be just a browser cache problem. Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)
if same, then submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
(If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")

@Rocky_me It’s cache issue , best to use two separate devices for each account for logging in that or if in same device one account with app the other on website. Or you have to clear cache and cookies and use new browser window to log into the offends accounts can also delete the app and reinstall it each time you want to log into to the other account if on same device
