My Account login ask me to activate new plan

have been with Public Mobile for years. Trying to login and update credit card but it asks me to activate new plan.  But I don't need new plan, my service working and still have 2 weeks before renewal

@newnavy2025 yes, agent will reply within an hour today, depends on the ticket volume 

CS agent can help most customers in similar situation to use the same email me login

the message actually means the EverSafe login system is unable to match your My Account with your email login .  Easy fix for PM agent and you just need to engage them by direct message.  Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
